This very scenic EBMUD land in the East Bay hills is a mix of forest, grasslands and wetlands. Surrounded by wooded hills on all sides, it is very beautiful country. We commonly see raptors, herons, woodpeckers, ducks, egrets, finches, jays, thrushes, warblers and nuthatches. The walk is about two miles on level terrain.
